1 stickbutter
1/2 cupblue cheese
1 tspsalt and fresh crack pepper
pinchrosemary

Let butter come to room temperature.

Mix butter, blue cheese and rest of the ingredients together.

Put in refrigerator for 30 minutes. After that place on top of steak when done. I put about a tablespoon full on top.

Now enjoy your dinner
