Slice the yam to pieces.

Boil the garden egg for 20 to 30 minutes till its soft

Put the garden eggs into mortar and pound

Put red oil into fry pan, put on fire

After 40seconds, put onions and then put the pounded garden eggs into the pan

1/2g of salt,two cubes of knorr,1/2 g of dry pepper

Stir it, and put it down after 2minutes.

Serve the food.
