Egg rice with left over khichdi

Heat oil in kadhai. And add Chilli in it. Later cracked open egg in it and lower the flame and put lid on. In 10-20 seconds open lid and scramble it.

Now add little more oil and onion it as well as khichadi. And mix it well. Also add pinch of salt and cook it for 3-4 minutes.

It can be really good breakfast item.
