Ingredients

  • 4eggs
  • 2bananas
  • 1 cupground raw oatmeal
  • 1 tbspchopped or ground almonds
  • pinchground cinnamon
  • pinchnutmeg
  • pinchginger
  • 1 tspextra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbspground flax or Chia seed
  • 1 1/8 tspalmond extract
  • 1/4 cupdried cranberries

Steps

  1. 1

    In food processor ground up flax oats almonds and bananas.

    Add the rest of the ingredients and do a quick mix to mix thoroughly.

    Spoon into greased muffin pan and bake on 425°f for 20 minutes.
