2bananas
1 cupground raw oatmeal
1 tbspchopped or ground almonds
pinchground cinnamon
pinchnutmeg
pinchginger
1 tspextra virgin olive oil
1 tbspground flax or Chia seed
1 1/8 tspalmond extract
1/4 cupdried cranberries

In food processor ground up flax oats almonds and bananas.

Add the rest of the ingredients and do a quick mix to mix thoroughly.

Spoon into greased muffin pan and bake on 425°f for 20 minutes.
