Vegetable rice
Time to get rid of meat everyday and go vegetarian.
Steps

Clean all items.

Boil rice separately

Put oil in your pan and cook the onion till brown.

Add carrots and turn. Then add all other items.

Don't cover to maintain green.

Keep turning then add the tomatoes. Turn till fully cooked. Salt is optional.

Once ready, using fork, mix the rice together in vegetables.

Ready to serve. No spices required.
