Wash and cook the palm fruit for 10-20mins,pound and squeeze the guice and set aside.

Boil the stock fish,goatmeat and dryfish with little water and maggi,garlic onion and salt and cook until water dries off and set aside.

Wash and cook the cocoyam until it get soft(20min).pound it to a smooth drawing pasty form.and set aside.

Boil the palm fruit guice and keep boiling.add crayfish, maggi,ogiri ugba,salt and pepper.allow the pot open while boiling.

After 20mins, stir add the cocoyam paste and allow to be thick and tasty.

Add the uziza leaf.then cut the oha leaf with your hand not knife into 3 to 4pices each and add to the soup and stir.

Bring the pot down immediately.ready to eat.
