Heat the pan with little oil and add onions till it turns brown

Add tomatoes

Keep cooking till it cooks. You may remove tomato skin if u want it smooth.

Add some water to make souce. Put your fish and cover for a while then turn the other side to make soft.

Ready to serve WITH ugali.
