Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupsour cream
  2. 1/4 cupmayonnaise
  3. 2 tbspchopped fresh dill (or 2 TEASPOONS dried)
  4. 1 tsplemon juice
  5. 1/2 tspgarlic powder (or 2 finely minced garlic cloves)
  6. 1salt and pepper to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

  2. 2

    Cover and refrigerate 1-2 hours, although chilling for at least 3-4 hours really allows the flavours to blend.

  3. 3

    That's it! Enjoy as a dip wings, veggies, fries, etc or marinade for fish.
