  • 2poached eggs
  • 6 ozSmoked Sockeye Salmon Lox
  • Chili Sauce
  • 1/4 cupGuacamole
  • 2Organic Quinoa Crisp Bread

Steps

  1. 1

    Poach two eggs to desired ft doneness

  2. 2

    Spread guacamole onto each flatbread crisp, layer lox on top

  3. 3

    Add chili sauce to taste, poached egg and top with remaining lox. Garnish with cilantro and herbs.

    Enjoy
