Ingredients

8 servings

3 lbbeef short ribs
Kalbi Sauce
12 clovecrushed garlic
6chopped green onion
3 tbspminced ginger
1 1/2 cupshoyu (soy sauce)
1/4 cupbrown sugar
1/4 cupMirin
2 tbspsesame oil
1 tbspred pepper flakes
1 tbsproasted sesame seeds

Chop short ribs into individual pieces

Mix all sauce ingredients until sugar dissolves
3

Add ribs to bottom of crock pot and cover thoroughly with sauce mixture
4

Cook on low for 8-10 hours
5

Serve with rice and your favorite sides
