2 lbboneless round steak, cut into strips
2 mediumonion, cut into 1/4 in. wedges
1 tspdried thyme
4 tbspvegetable oil
1 1/2 cupred wine or beef broth
2 can(14 1/2 oz each) diced tomatoes, undrained
4 can(11 oz each) Mexicorn, drained
1Hot cooked rice

In a skillet or wok over medium-high heat, brown steak, onion and thyme in oil.

Add wine or broth; simmer for 10 minutes or until liquid has evaporated.

Stir in tomatoes; cover and simmer 15 minutes longer.

Add corn; heat through.

Serve over rice.
