  • 3 lbred potatoes (size B)
  • 3/4 ozrosemary; minced
  • 1/2 bunchparsley; minced
  • 2 tbsphoney
  • 1 tbspgarlic powder
  • 1 tbsponion powder
  • 2 tspthyme; minced
  • 1orange; zested
  • 1lemon; zested
  • 1 stickbutter; melted
  • 1 pinchsalt and peppercorn melange

    Cover potatoes with cold water. Add salt. Bring to a boil. Cook until potatoes are easily pierced with a paring knife. Drain.

    Place potatoes in a large mixing bowl. Add butter, herbs, dried spices, and citrus zest. Toss. Add honey. Toss. Serve.
