Five minutes fast! This is more of a super stupid easy side dish than that of an actual recipe. But, it was so yummy, I just had to post this for my student's.

I charged my youngest students to make a delicious side in less than 30 minutes. So, imagine my crazy surprise when they brought this dish to the table in less than five minutes.

Now, my best friend lives in Paris and regularly sends me some of the most rare and expensive cheeses you could possibly imagine. However, as a simple, easy going Chef? My name is Michael and I'm proud to admit that, "I'm a Liquid Gold Digger." Talk about a tasty, rib sticking dish! Great work kiddos! Ya crazy kids! Anyway, GO TEAM VELVEETA!

  • 3 PacketsUncle Ben's Microwavable Rice [1 original - 2 chicken]
  • 2 (8 oz)Packets Soft Velveeta Cheese Sauce
  • 2 CupsShredded Rotisserie Chicken
  • 1/2 CupFine Minced Broccoli Florets [just the shavings]
  • 1/2 CupChopped Green Onions
  • 1 SplashHalf & Half
  • 1/2 tspGranulated Garlic Powder

    Here's the bulk of what you'll need.

    Or, you can cheat and purchase pre shreadded chicken.

    Heat your rice for 90 seconds. Slightly heat your Velveeta Cheese Sauce. Fine shave your broccoli florets, chop your green onions and fine shred your rotisserie chicken. Add your granulated garlic and half & half as well. Gently mix well without breaking up your rice. Reheat if necessary.

I'm a Certified Sushi Chef, Certified Culinary Youth Instructor [6 thru 21 year olds] Licensed CYFD Foster Parent, Certified Mixologist, avid Scuba and Spear Diver, fisherman, camper, big game hunter and crazy avid gardener. Hense my love for the year round super fresh meats, seafoods and crispy fresh vegetables my students have consistently listed for your families picky approval!With that, cooking, teaching and feeding others are obviously 3 of my absolute passions in life. My culinary specialties as an easy going Chef include Asian, Mexican, Cajun, BBQing, Grilling, Irish Pub food, Low Country foods, anything seafood related, extra spicy foods, fresh meat, extra fresh vegetables, US comfort, kid friendly and super fast, quick and easy foods.
