Peel the back of the slices of yam and wash them. Put in a pot, add sugar and a pinch of salt then add water.

Boil the yam till the get your desired softness

Cut your vegetables and put in a frying pan with hot oil in it.

Add salt to the frying vegetables. When it fries for like 5 minutes add your eggs in.

Stir and leave it for the eggs to fry. After 4 minutes put off the heat and serve your meal.
