2 mediumeggs,fried,or Sunnyside up
2 eachslices of bread
4 slicebacon
1 largejalapeno
1 largetomato,sliced and halved
1/4 cupfresh mozzarella cheese,or queso fresco
1 1/2 slicered onion

Cook bacon,set aside, saute veggies ,toast bread, add egg on each toast add bacon ,ad sauteed veggies ,sprinkle top with fresh cheese.Bon appetite.
