  1. 200 gspinach white centers removed roughly chopped
  2. 1whole pear frozen and chopped
  3. Halfa banana frozen and chopped
  4. 1/4cucumber frozen and chopped
  5. 1/4water

I made this today and I am hoping it will help me with constipation. I did add lemon juice and a clove of garlic. Will let you know if it works. LOL
