Ingredients

  1. 300 gPre cooked prawns
  2. 1broccoli, cut
  3. 1cauliflower, cut
  4. 4 clovesGarlic, chopped
  5. 1-2 tbspRice bran oil
  6. 1 tbspsugar
  7. 2 tbspsoy sauce
  8. 2 tbspwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the oil in the deep wok at medium high, add the garlic and vegetables, stir for 2 minutes

  2. 2

    Add prawns, soy sauce, sugar, and water, stir and mix well until the vegetables are tender but still crisp

  3. 3

    Done, enjoy!

    Remark: you can adjust the taste as you like
