Ingredients

15-20 minutes
4 persons
  • 1/2 kgchote baingan
  • 5-6medium sized onion
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspamchoor
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 1/2 tsphaldi powder
  • as par tastesalt
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • 1 tbspvegetable oil

Steps

15-20 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and slit all onions and brinjals.

  2. 2

    In a katori mix all dry masalas and salt well

  3. 3

    Fill this masala in all slits of brinjal and onion.

  4. 4

    Heat oil in kadai and put this filled brinjals and onion. Cover the lid and cook till soft. End with lemon juice. Serve hot
