  • 250 gramssmall mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 1 pinchdried rosemary
  • 1/2vegetable stock cube
  • 1black pepper and salt
  • 200 gramscream cheese, light
  • 1 tbspmustard sauce

  1. 1

    Heat some oil in a frying pan over high heat. Add the mushrooms and fry until golden brown

  2. 2

    Season with rosemary, pepper, crumble the stock cube. Take off heat

  3. 3

    As soon as the mushrooms cool down a bit, add enough cream cheese to absorb the mushroom liquid (I put a bit less than 200g). Add mustard

  4. 4

    Taste and add salt if you have to. Serve over warm rice or pasta. Enjoy :)
