In a bowl mix the drained tuna with chive oil, horseradish mustard, and egg. Shred the cheese and add, then form the mixture into patties

Heat oil and butter. Add patties to it fry for 5 minutes till crust forms. Turn do the same on back side. If no crust wait till it forms.

To a bowl add mayonnaise, yellow prepared mustard, dill weed, amd jalapeño peppers.
