  4. 1 eachbanana ripe
  5. 1 piecefresh ginger (about 1/2 inch or more to taste)
  6. 1/2 tspGerman chamomile flowers dried
  7. 1/2 tspslippery elm bark

    Add apple juice and lemon juice to blender.
