2/3 cupapple juice
1/4 cuplemon juice
2 eachapples
1 eachbanana ripe
1 piecefresh ginger (about 1/2 inch or more to taste)
1/2 tspGerman chamomile flowers dried
1/2 tspslippery elm bark

Add apple juice and lemon juice to blender.

Chop ginger, slice and core apples, slice banana and add to blender.
