Heat oil in pan and add rai jeera chopped onion and green chilli and fry till ut turns its color

Meanwhile wash the poha and soak it

Add chopped tomatoes potatoes haldi powder and salt mix it and close it with lid and cook till its tender

Now mix poha sugar and give it a good toss and off the gas
- 5
Dry roast the peanuts and mix it in the poha
- 6
Take it out in serving bowl garnish it with chopped coriander and serve it hot with lemon
