Curry In A Hurry
Had some odds and ends to use up, so I threw together this fast and easy curry dish.
Steps
- 1
Slice meat, peppers, & onions into thin, bite size pieces (be sure to cut meat against the grain for tenderness)
- 2
Clean & pierce potatoes and cook in microwave according to your appliance. Should be about 4 minutes or so. Set aside to cool slightly, then cut into bite size pieces.
- 3
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat with the oil. Once hot, add butter, meat, peppers & onions.
- 4
Let cook a few minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- 5
Once the meat is half done, add the spices and potatoes. Stir and cook to desired doneness. Because I used steak, I cooked to medium. If you use chicken or pork you will want to follow proper cooking times for those proteins.
