1/2 tspcajun seasoning
1 cupbisquick
2/3 cupmilk
chicken
1 1/2 lbchicken breast, deboned.skinless
3 cupboiling water
2 tbsplemon pepper seasonings
1/2yellow onion
1salt and pepper to taste
1 tspminced roasted garlic

Add all ingredients for chicken to crock pot. Cook 4 hours on high, (or 6-8 hours on low)

Add bisquick and milk untill desired thickness, i added 3 tablespoons more for fluffier dumplings
