Ingredients

6 servings
  1. dumpling
  2. 1/2 tspcajun seasoning
  3. 1 cupbisquick
  4. 2/3 cupmilk
  5. chicken
  6. 1 1/2 lbchicken breast, deboned.skinless
  7. 3 cupboiling water
  8. 2 tbsplemon pepper seasonings
  9. 1/2yellow onion
  10. 1salt and pepper to taste
  11. 1 tspminced roasted garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all ingredients for chicken to crock pot. Cook 4 hours on high, (or 6-8 hours on low)

  2. 2

    Add bisquick and milk untill desired thickness, i added 3 tablespoons more for fluffier dumplings
