Ingredients

  1. 3 lboxtails
  2. 2 packagesfrozen mixed vegtables
  3. 1 cantomato paste
  4. 1/3chopped onion
  5. 1/2chopped green bell pepper
  6. 5 cupwater
  7. 1seasoning salt
  8. 1 dashgarlic salt
  9. 1 dashSalt& pepper
  10. 1 pinchsugar

Steps

1 hour
  1. 1

    wash oxtails

  2. 2

    chop Bell pepper& onion up small

  3. 3

    add oxtails to pot & pour water over ,#make sure water covers oxtails

  4. 4

    boil until tender

  5. 5

    add ALLveggies, Spices& Tomato paste

  6. 6

    stir all together

  7. 7

    Let Simmer for about 20 mins

  8. 8

    Enjoy
