Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cupflour
  • 3 tbspcornmeal(i use jiffy cornbread mix)
  • 2 tsponion powder
  • 2 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspcayenne pepper
  • 1egg
  • 1 1/2 cupmilk (can use canned milk also)
  • 1/2 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl (I just whisk them )

  2. 2

    then just dip whatever you like chicken ,veggies, seafood go crazy

  3. 3

    Cook in deep fryer until golden brown Cook time really depends on what you are making
