  1. 2 packagesBoneless Country Ribs
  2. 1 packagesOscar Meyer Center Cut Bacon
  3. 1 eachSweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce (any flavor you like)
  4. 1red onion
  5. 2Tomatoes
  6. 1Sweet Bread & Butter Pickles
  7. 1 packagesShredded Lettuce
  8. 8 sliceAmerican Cheese
  9. 1 packagesOnion Buns
  10. 2 tbspvegetable oil
  11. 6 cupwater
  12. 1Salt
  13. 1Black Pepper
  14. 1Heinz Mayonaise

  1. 1

    Heat the vegetable oil over medium heat in a large pot. Season the Country Ribs with a little salt and pepper. Brown the country ribs on both sides.

    Add the water to the pot and bring to a boil. Turn the heat down to low and cook for about 90 mins until pork is tender. While waiting fry your bacon. And place on a paper towel.

  3. 3

    Drain your meat only leaving about 3 tablespoons of the water mixture for flavor. Shred the meat. (I normally just use two forks its so tender).

  4. 4

    Slice the onion and tomatoes.

  5. 5

    Add you BBQ sauce to the meat you may need the whole bottle depending on how saucy you like it. (Mix well)

  6. 6

    Build your sandwiches. BBQ pork first, a slice of american cheese, two slices of Bacon, shredded lettuce, sliced onion and tomatoes and finally two pickles and a two teaspoons of mayo spread on the bun. (I like to grill the buns sometimes on the insides with a little butter before building the sandwich but not required)
