Cooking Instructions

Add the salt and ground pepper in the ground beef and mixed well. Then make into 4 small patties.

Pan fry the bacon until brown & crispy. Then Use the bacon fat in the pan to fry the portobello mushrooms for about 5 mins.

Set aside the cooked bacon and portobello mushrooms. In a clean pan, fry the beef patties with some olive oil. When the beef is almost done, place the slices of cheddar cheese on top of each patty.

Toast 4 mini buns that sliced into halves in the oven. Then we are ready to assemble the burger.

Placed each patty with a melted cheese on one half of a bun. Then stack the portobello mushroom and the bacon. Lastly, place one and a half tablespoon of guacamole. Then place the other half of the bun on top and you got your burger!✌🏻

To make the guacamole, simply mixed the ingredients together - avocado, hard boiled eggs, cherry tomatoes, onions, cilantro leaves, salt and lime juice

For dinner tonight, we decided yesterday that we would have burgers. Our family doesn't usually eat pizza, burgers, or fried chicken unless we really crave it. I've made large pizzas, four or five trays, for my husband, brother-in-law, and neighbors. My husband says Arby's burgers are better because they have more meat and taste better than other brands. Their fries are also tastier. This meal includes 8 pieces, with my husband and brother-in-law having two each. Grandma says eating like this is more satisfying, cleaner, and tastier.
