  1. 3 lbchicken breasts
  2. 1 cancream of chicken soup
  3. 1 dashgarlic salt
  4. 1 blockcream cheese

    Throw all ingredients(except the cream cheese) in crock pot on high for 5 hours or Low for 8 hours

  2. 2

    With an hour left add in the block of cream cheese, cut in cubes

  3. 3

    Serve on buns with cheese
