Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 2skinless/boneless chicken thighs, diced
  2. 1 mediumonion, chopped
  3. salt
  4. 2 tbspolive oil, extra virgin
  5. leftover cooked rice ( I used about 300g of cooked rice)
  6. 3 tbspyoshida soy sauce

Cooking Instructions

15 mins

    Heat th olive oil in a wok over a medium heat.

    Add the onion, fry for 3-5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add the chicken fry for about 5 minutes and then add the sauce and fry for 8-10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

  4. 4

    Add the rice and stir in. And cook for about 3-5 minutes or until heated through.

  5. 5

    Check seasoning add salt if needed.

  6. 6

    And enjoy.
