Parmesan and Parsley, Rosemary Crusted Chicken

Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 3/4 cupbread crumbs
  2. dashsalt and pepper
  3. 1/4 cupgrated parmesan cheese
  4. 1/3 cupchopped parsley
  5. 1/4 cupchopped rosemary
  6. 3 piecechicken
  7. 1 largeeggs

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    dry all chicken fillets set

  2. 2

    mix all dry ingredients

  3. 3

    beat one egg

  4. 4

    dip the chicken into the egg and then the mix crumbs

  5. 5

    fry for 6 minutes both sides until brown

  6. 6

    serve on top with a simple pesto pasta

The cooking time specified here does not adequately cook bone-in thighs...I would assume that "3 pieces of chicken" really means 3 boneless thighs. Otherwise, an OK recipe.
