This is a lovely warm dish, great for the autumn months or colder days
Steps

Heat the oil in a pan and add the ginger, onion & garlic
- 2
Fry for a few minutes until lightly golden
- 3
Add the fish sauce, sugar, chicken pieces and stock
- 4
Cover and poach over a medium-low heat for 15 minutes, turning the chicken once halfway through
- 5
Add the green beans and cook a further 3 minutes
- 6
Remove from the heat and stir in the coriander
- 7
Serve with rice
