Ingredients

  1. 1chicken breast, diced
  2. 1 tbspskim milk
  3. 1 tbspplain yogourt 2%
  4. 1/4curry
  5. 1 1/2 tbsprice vinegar
  6. 2 tbspextra virgin oil
  7. 1/2 tspsesame oil
  8. 1mango, diced
  9. 1avocado diced
  10. 1lettuce
  11. 1salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven or grill

  2. 2

    In a bowl, mix yogurt, milk and curry and brush the chicken with it. Cook 10 minutes, add salt and pepper

  3. 3

    Dressing: mix rice vinegar, salt, pepper, olive oil, sesame oil. Whisk until well blended

  4. 4

    Mix everything together
