Sieve flour in a broad bowl and add ghee,mix well.add small amount of water and knead the flour to make tight dough.

Divide the dough take one portion of the dough and roll it like a chapati. now roll the chapati into cylindrical shape and seal it with water so that it does not open up.press the cylindrical shape with the help of a rolling pin and then cut into small cube. recat this process for the rest of the dough and collect the cubes in a place.

Heat the oil and deep fry it on very low flame till golden and crisp from all the side.take another wok with 1/2 cup water and 2 cup sugar. let it boil till sugar dissolves completely. add rose water in the sugar syrup. switch off the flame.

Add deep fry cubes in the sugar syrup. mix it well spatula. cover it for 5 minutes, then mix it again with spatula to coat the sugar evenly to all the cubes. so switch off the flame when you add the cubes. when it cool down. Khurma is ready to serve.
