Rinse Almonds.

Place Almonds in a container with the water. Let sit covered for two days.

Rinse Almonds. Place soaked Almonds in a blender.

Add honey. Blend for a few minutes.

Strain using fine colander into a bowl. Press with a spoon. Let sit for a few minutes to get the last few drops. At this point you have Almond milk in the bowl. (If you toast the Almond meal you may use that as well.)

Store in the fridge. Use within a week.
