  1. 1/3 cupbutter
  2. 2 tbspminced onion
  3. 1/3 cupflour
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 1/4 tspblack pepper
  6. 14 ozchicken broth
  7. 1/2 cupmilk
  8. 3 cupdiced or shredded turkey
  9. 2 cupfrozen mixed vegetales
  10. 1 packagesbuttery biscuit dough (tube)

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375°F

    In a medium saucepan, melt butter. Add onions.

    Add flour, salt and pepper. Slowly pour in chicken broth and milk.

    Cook over medium heat, stirring, until thick and bubbly.

    Stir in turkey and vegetables. Remove from heat.

  6. 6

    Pour mixture in ungreased 9x13 casserole dish.

    Flatten biscuits out to about 1/4 inch thick. Lay on top of turkey mixture. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
