70 gramspasta
4prawns
1 tspfinely chopped ginger
3finely chopped hot chili
1 clovegarlic,finely chopped
1shallots,thinny sliced
1 bunchmints
3cherry tomato
1/2 tbsplime juice
1 tspfish sauce
1/4 tspsugar to taste
1salt and pepper to taste prawns

Cook pasta in salted water about 7 mins

Season prawns with salt and pepper and drizzles some lime juice,then grill total about 1 min per each side ,or to your preference,optional i use bamboo skewers to grill prawns..

Finely chop other ingredients ,except tomato and mints,then seasoning by lime juice,fishsauce,little salt and sugar to taste

Softly mix all ,serve :)
