Ingredients

  1. 200 gramsspaghetti
  2. 150 gramsshrimp, deveined
  3. 1 canbutton mushroom, sliced into 2
  4. 2 tbspolive oil
  5. 1/2 mediumonion, minced
  6. 2 clovegarlic, minced
  7. 3 tbspoyster sauce
  8. 3 tbspfish sauce
  9. 1salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste

  1. 1

    Cook spaghetti in boiling water with 1 tbsp of olive oil until al dente. Put aside.

  2. 2

    Marinate shrimp with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.

  3. 3

    Heat a non-stick pan with low heat, add 1 tbsp of olive oil, then add the minced onions and garlic until tender.

  4. 4

    Add shrimp and mushroom into the pan, cook with medium heat until shrimp is pink.

  5. 5

    Add spaghetti, then add oyster sauce and fish sauce. Toss until mixed.

  6. 6

    Add red pepper flakes for some spiciness, also salt and pepper to your liking.

  7. 7

    Serve while still hot :)
