You can take any fruits of your choice keep milk to boil for 10 minutes on a low flame peel and cut the fruits & add to boiling milk. Cook it for 3_4 minutes.

Add all other ingredients one by one coconut powder, poppy seeds, cashew nuts, raisins, finally jaggery & cardamom, cloves

Stir it well & switch of the gas stove & allow it to cool after cool grind it in mixer make it a fine paste this is best smoothie you can have it cold too it tastes like ice cream
