Ingredients

  • 2Avocados, cut in half and hollowed out some for filling.
  • 4Fresh crab cakes
  • 1/2 cupMozzarella cheese
  • 3 tbspParmesan cheese
  • 1Fried mushroom batter to coat.
  • 1/4 tspGarlic salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut avocados in half and hollow out a little to fill.

  2. 2

    Mix fresh crab cakes, cheeses, and garlic salt.

  3. 3

    Fill each half slightly less than full and put back together.

  4. 4

    Carefully roll avocado in batter and immediately deep fry.
