Ingredients

  1. 1 packagesslaw mix
  2. 1 canwhole kernel corn, drained
  3. 1 canblack beans, rinsed and drained
  4. 1 mediumred onion, chopped
  5. 2 tspcilantro (or to your taste)
  6. 2 cupMexican shredded cheese
  7. 2 tspfresh lime juice (juice of 1 lime)
  8. 2 tspground cumin (or to your taste)
  9. 1 packagesSpicy Hidden Valley Ranch mix (made according to directions on package)

  1. 1

    Very simple, place all ingredients in large bowl and mix. Refrigerate for a couple hours before serving. Can be served as a salad or dip with corn chips (like Fritos).

    Dressing can be added according to your desired consistency.
