Stir Fried Ginger Chicken

Heat a pan over medium heat until smoking hot. Swirl in the oil, add the garlic and sauté until golden brown.

Add chicken for 1-2 minutes.

Add the stock and ginger then the soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar for 2-3 minutes.

Add the spring onions and chillies for one minute.
- 5
Garnish with spring onion and chillies.
- 6
Serve with Thai fragrant rice.
