3 cupshredded potatoes (hashbrowns)
5eggs
1 1/2 cupshredded cheese (I used cheddar)
1 cupmilk
1/4 tspsalt
1/4 tsppepper
1/4 tspgarlic powder
1/4 tsponion powder
1/2 lbuncooked sausage

Spray crock pot with nonstick cooking spray.

Press potatoes into bottom of pot and about 3" up the sides.

Whisk together eggs, milk, cheese, and seasonings.

Crumble sausage into egg mixture and stir.

Cover and cook on low 8 hours... or until you wake up.
