This was something my husband came up with by a mistake and has become my favorite breakfast casserole. He accidentally used a 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk instead of evaporated milk lol and when I found out I was very sceptical but it was surprisingly really good. To me its sweet but not overly sweet but still savory.

You can also add in diced green peppers, jalepeno, Roma tomato, green onion, and mushrooms
