Soak suji milk for ten minutes

Heat ghee,add sugar do not stir.just wait for one minute till brown appear.

Immediately lower the heat and suji then with bhaji masher start mixing sugar with the suji.

Everything is evenly mixed.ghee will be separate.

Drain out extra ghee.

Then mix cashew nuts.

Put in to a serving plate garnishing with cashew nuts and cherries.

Suji halwa is ready enjoyyyy.
