Steps
- 1
In a deep pan add ghee, once heated add the chopped bananas.
- 2
Cook the bananas in the ghee, once you find that it leaves the corners and a nice fragrance comes in add the semolina.
- 3
Stir continously on medium flame.
- 4
Once you find that it changes colour add milk. Stir continously making sure no lumps are formed. The mixture will turn thick.
- 5
Add the sugar, dry fruits, cardamom powder.
- 6
You will notice that the mixture leaves ghee from the sides of the pan.
- 7
This means it is completely cooked now. Switch off the flame.
- 8
While serving garnish with pieces of bananas and roasted sevaii. Refer the picture for suggested presentation.
