  • 2 tbspRed cooking wine
  • 1 largeBaking dish
  • 1 tspRed pepper

    Rinse chicken.season with the three seasoning,layer in baking dish.add onion,lemon /orange/apple slices,garlic layer on top and around the chicken.mic oj,lemon juice,red wine together and pour over the chicken.bake at 350 for hour to hour and half untill done.
