Cooked in a Pressure Cooker for 3 Minutes! Ikinari Boiled Soy Beans!

I know that these are good for you but... you have to soak them overnight in water so I came up with this!
Handle the beans carefully.
Just cook for 3 minutes over low heat and let them slowly soak in the water for a while. Recipe by Mariba

Steps
- 1
Put a liter of water and the bag of soy beans in a pressure cooker. *The soy bean skins are soft, so don't wash them; if you do, they may crack. *
- 2
Cover with a lid and heat over high heat until the pressure gauge rises. Once the pressure rises, reduce the heat to low and cook for 3 minutes. After that, just let them sit for a few hours or overnight.
- 3
Drain in a colander, discarding the water. They are done.
- 4
There is no need to peel them and they turn out quite pretty like this. You can use them in a variety of recipes. I used them inas the head for a Hina doll food decoration.
