  • 2 tablespoonMirin Japanese sweet seasoning Sake
  • 1 tablespoonsugar
  • 1 tablespoonDashi powder Japanese fish bouillon powder
  • 1/2 tablespoongrind ginger

Steps

    Mix all seasoning

    Put Miso sauce on chicken.
