Wash goat meat and offal and place on fire, add salt, pepper, knorr cube and Cameroon pepper

Once the meat is almost tender, add pepper soup spice, blended crayfish and the onions, if you have scent leaf that will be the last thing before turning off the heat.

Allow it cook for another 5mins and then turn off the heat and serve
